About Me

Welcome! I’m thrilled to have you here. My name is Lisa and I specialize in equestrian mental health and trauma. As an equestrian myself, I have a deep understanding of the connection we have with our horses. With individual psychotherapy, I work with clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety and grief related to the equestrian world.

But my work doesn’t stop there. I’m also fiercely passionate about education. I believe that knowledge is power, especially when it comes to understanding and addressing mental health issues within the equestrian community. That’s why I’m committed to sharing my expertise through educational talks, workshops, and resources aimed at empowering equestrians with the tools they need to thrive.
